Off The Rails Gravel Tour offers a full day of unique and challenging terrain, beautiful scenery and a fully supported experience from start to finish. The day gets rolling at Trestle Brewery; ride the route at full speed or take in the scenery at a more relaxed pace; grab a snack at the rest stops or a coffee and treat from the Orrville Bakery. After the ride, we’ll gather at Trestle Brewery for a delicious meal and a beverage (of course). Parry Sound Bikes and Trestle Brewery are excited to host you and your riding buddies; register today!
The crew from Parry Sound Bikes have designed a unique route that will allow you to see the area like never before. The route is mixed surface; including paved roads, crushed gravel rail trail, gravel roads and some more challenging off-road sections. Along the route you’ll ride abandoned rail beds, pass through old trestle structures and see plenty of beautiful lakes and marshlands. We recommend a gravel bike, cyclocross bike or hardtail mountain bike with narrow tires to make the most of the day.
The Off The Rails Gravel Tour includes:
- Fully marked course with GPX files available
- Two on route aid stations including coffee and baked goods from the Orrville Bakery
- Support vehicle for major mechanicals or breakdowns
- Post ride party hosted by Trestle Brewery
- A delicious meal and your choice of any 12oz beer or non-alcoholic drink from Trestle Brewery
- Limited edition Off The Rails beer glass
Plus, pick up your event kit Thursday, Friday or Saturday before the event and receive a Parry Sound Welcome Package to make the most of your weekend in Parry Sound.
