We decided that this year's iteration would be firmly styled after our favourite west coast double IPA. Old school pacific northwest hop varietals were used to bring all that grapefruit, pine resin, citrus, and floral character that made IPA the style that defined the beginnings of the craft beer movement.
Bittering - Pahto CO2 hop extract and Magnum.
Kettle - CTZ, Ahtanum, Centennial
Dry Hop - Cryo Simcoe, Centennial, and Ahtanum
