What is VWesty Bound you ask? We are big fans of VW Westies and the folks who own these rare creatures. This is a weekend to boondock in our parking lot, see a live music show, a comedy show, and see a German Oompah Band while drinking some great beer in early fall in Parry Sound.
The weekend kicks off with your arrival at the brewery on Friday. Pre-register and roll into your reservation for dinner.

Saturday, depart the brewery for the day and head out to some of our amazing places.

Ride the Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre. Rentals and information are available through Parry Sound Bikes. Purchase a $10 trail pass through Get Outdoors Parry Sound. There is also great road or gravel riding in the area if that's more your speed!

Fall Colours Driving Tours around Parry Sound! We recommend hiking to Tower Hill Lookout from the brewery, Riding or hiking The Rose Point Trail, Biking or walking in Killbear Provincial Park, or hiking into Recollet Falls of the French River Gorge as the best options. Want to walk the waterfront trail in Parry Sound or hike the Rugged Hiking Fitness trail? You can start right at the brewery!
Don't forget it is October so our Oktoberfest menu will be available to ease your hunger after a long day touring the area.
On Sunday be sure to stop in and get the menu item you wanted to get the night before but you picked something else. Then it is time to head on your merry journeying way. My Dad always said, “Guests are like fish… they start to smell bad after three days… So go on… get outta here!!”
Please note that this is a 19+ only event.
VWesty Bound is a free overnight campout event however you must register to reserve your overnight spot by "purchasing" this product. Please "purchase" one spot per vehicle. VW Westies Only Event.
You can also purchase tickets to the comedy show, live music, or both! There is a $15 discount when purchasing tickets for both.
