Yurt Dining Experience
Two bookings are available every weekend - one on Friday and one on Saturday for the Yurt Tasting Menu. Arrival time is between 530pm-6pm. Your booking is from 530pm-930pm with last call at 9pm. A minimum of 8 guests and maximum of 10 guests are permitted.

The Friday and Saturday night tasting menu is offered at $180/guest for 7 courses including beverage pairings. Beverages are also available a la carte, and Designated Drivers non-alcoholic beverages are free and deducted from the bill total. Gratuity is fixed at 18%. One bill per group, please.
Chef Wesley Quehl and his team have created a very special menu focused on local flavours and the taste of place. Nothing tastes as good as the freshest and best ingredients we can source as close to our backyard as possible. We are connected to these foods and flavours because we live where they are made and grown.
Featured ingredients include chicken and pork from Middle River Farm, Seasonal Ontario Veg, local Trout from Milford Bay Smokehaus, Maple Syrup from Wasauksing Maple Products, award winning cheeses from Gunn’s Hill and/or Fromagerie Kapuskoise, ultra local honey from Totally Raw Honey, Beef from Northern Ontario’s Penokean Hills, and of course, selected beers from our brewery. This menu is special because it features items that we cook from scratch with great care and the drink pairings are very well matched!Our staff will make sure you are well looked after while maintaining proper social distancing. Please don’t come expecting full table service as we are conscious of protecting our staff while providing you with a wonderful night out. We think of this like a hosted party, where you are the master of the yurt hosting your guests! Once we have set the food or drinks inside the door on the incoming side table, you can distribute it. We ask you to help clear your dishes to the outgoing side table. Bring your slippers for a cozy winter boots off experience and let us spoil you! Perfect for birthday parties, small group bubbled office parties, or other celebrations for your bubble.

All weekend dates are booked on a first come, first served basis. To make a booking, choose the date in the pull-down selector. Currently, we are only accepting bookings until the end of March. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit for every booking. This deposit is credited toward your final bill for the evening.

The Fine Print
Reservations in the Yurt not meeting the minimum number of guests upon arrival for your booking are subject to a $50/surcharge per person under the minimum required number of guests. A rental fee may be charged for smaller groups based on availability on Friday and Saturday evenings. Participants must be 19+. Bookings must be made at least one week in advance. The tasting menu is available Friday & Saturday evenings only. Our regular menu is available in the Yurt at other times of the week. Cancellations resultant from an augmentation of COVID restrictions in our area are refundable. Otherwise, booking deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change or substitute menu items based on availability.
