Salt Dock Jump Peach Saison was brewed for the warm weather that's just around the corner. A twist on our classic refreshing Summer Saison made peachy with real peach!
It has a malt base of pilsner and wheat. These are fermented with a French Saison yeast, and we added fresh Peach juice to the fermenter. This produced a dry beer that showcases the best parts of Saison and Peach. Named after the Parry Sound rite of passage with artwork by local artist Alan Stein.
