Yard Sale Saturday is a throwback to the darker cream ales that were produced in Kentucky prior to prohibition. Our interpretation of the style uses 2 row barley, dark caramel malt, and flaked corn. This combination creates a lightly malted ale with hints of caramel and a round slightly sweeter body attributable to the use of corn.
